When will the points be added to my account?
Points will be added to your account after your order is completed and will be ready for use.
How do I redeem a reward?
You will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point you would like to spend, then click Redeem.
What happens to my points when I get a refund for an order that I used them on?
If you have already redeemed your points for a coupon, you will be given back the coupon you redeemed with your points once the refund is completed.
How long are points valid for?
Points are valid for one year after they are earned.
How many coupons can be used in an order?
Only one coupon can be used at a time, and it is not combined with event discounts, but if the amount of the coupon exceeds the order amount, the excess amount will not be refunded.
